Pierpont Decks

These were a pair of composite decks located right on the beach at the end of Pierpont in Ventura CA. Now upon demolition of the decking material we found that the underlaying joists were rotten and in need of replacement. Knowing that clients do not like surprises we replaced the underlaying joists with pressure treated lumber at an extremely fair costs to both owners. Coupled with composite decking that does not rot these decks should have a minimum of 30 years on them.
