Oxnard Bathroom Remodel
This bathroom presented a number of challenges. First was that the city of Oxnard was requiring that we up the size the main line of the home from 3/4″ to 1″ to account for the new bathroom plumbing fixtures. Second was that we had to jackhammer through the slab to find the drain for the new tub location, and to tie in the new toilet. Basically the couple wanted to bring the bathroom into their closet, and seal off the toilet and pedestal area to make a half bathroom for guests. With a custom shower, new vanity and new toilet this bathroom remodel increased the value of their home more then what they put into the remodel. We want to thank Steve for doing his homework and getting all the necessary materials on site prior to work starting. This really aiding in this job going smoothly. From beginning to end we here at GenHawk are available to facilitate your bathroom remodeling needs
