Concours Motors Roof Repairs

6 years ago I was presented with a challenge by a good friend to extend the life of his roof without doing a complete roof replacement. We settled upon a course of action involving patching, elastomeric roof coatings and a high grade semi gloss paint. We are pleased to say that this course of action gave Concours Motors 6 years of worry free leak protection at a fraction of the cost for a complete roof replacement. Now roof replacement wasn’t really an option for Concours because the replacement would run roughly $100k but more importantly the shop would be down for roughly 1 month. Taking a proactive stance JR wanted us to redo the coatings in hopes of giving him another 6 years of worry free leak protection so we repeated the process giving the exterior a clean new look and sealing it properly.
