Mold Abatement

We are remodeling a laundry room and 2 bathrooms for an HOA in Simi Valley. Upgrading everything. When we demoed bathroom, we found mold behind toilet and began our mold abatement process. Clearance report will be provided to HOA to limit liability for us as well as the HOA. These kind of things happen when remodeling.
