Termite & Rotted Balcony Repair

Moving right along! We are just about finished with the underneath portion of this rot repair, all damaged wood has been replaced. Next step is laying the under layment above on balcony and getting ready for tile. When we are demoing termite and rotted wood, sometimes its easy, no problems. Other times we open it up and have to do a little more than planned, this is not a problem for GenHawk Construction. We will adapt and overcome any situation that those bugs throw at us. Saving you money and a ton of headaches later on down the road is what do.
