Our customers buy materials directly, and this means we do not mark up the costs of any materials. We recommend Big Box Stores because they package all of the items and deliver them directly. Once everything we need has arrived, we’ll review the materials onsite and verify we have everything we need to get started. When everything is ready, we’ll review the scope of the work again to ensure accuracy.

Once we start working, we won’t stop. You can expect constant communication. We are regularly available to meet and discuss any questions you have, and we’ll also ask you questions, like: how do you

want your tile laid? Where would you like your towel hanger placed?

Other contractors rush; we don’t cut corners. We take the steps and time required to ensure a high-end product.

LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS & COMMUNICATION

We don’t get paid if we fall behind. Our payment schedules are based on the milestones we reach.

There is a 30-day retention payment: you have 30 days to pay the final invoice upon the job’s completion. We will return to make any final touches, in that window of time, if you need them.

Our services come with a one-year warranty for improper installation (we don’t cover manufacturer’s defects).
