GenHawk supplies all rough materials needed for the remodel, including pipes, wiring, drywall, mud, primer, and more, ensuring quality and consistency in all structural components.
After meeting with our estimator, GenHawk will create an initial layout and take detailed notes on your preferences. Then, we’ll connect you with our trusted supplier to finalize the design with imaging software, select colors, and choose finishes.
Unlike quick-fix promises, our remodels focus on quality. An average bathroom remodel takes 2-4 weeks, while a kitchen remodel takes 4-6 weeks. We believe in doing it right the first time.
Payments are milestone-based, meaning each payment aligns with completed work phases, like permit approvals, rough inspections, tile completion, etc., giving you peace of mind with clear benchmarks.
You can make changes mid-project! We’ll create a change order in BuilderTrend for you to review and approve. Once authorized, we’ll integrate the update seamlessly into the project.
Our team works Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. We respect your weekends, so there’s no work on Saturdays or Sundays.
