GenHawk Construction provides remodeling and construction services, including but not limited to bathroom and kitchen remodeling and other related services. The specific details of the services to be provided will be outlined in the contract or agreement signed by both parties.

3. Quotations and Payments

All quotations provided by GenHawk Construction are valid for 180 days from the date of issuance. Payment terms will be specified in the contract. A deposit may be required before the commencement of work, with the balance due upon completion.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing access to the premises and ensuring that the work area is clear of any personal belongings or obstacles. Any delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.

6. Warranty and Liability

GenHawk Construction provides a warranty for our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the completion date. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by external factors, or any work performed by others. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GenHawk Construction and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
