Hi there, these are the steps it takes to have your kitchen remodeled! (simple terms)
- Call GenHawk Construction (805)639-8930
- Have Mike come to your home to take measurements and listen to your ideas ( Google kitchen styles)
- GenHawk Construction will provide you with an estimate and invite you into our office to go over it
- If you choose to go with GenHawk Construction, we will have you sign and contract and give you a materials list, then we will pull permits
- Once you have your materials list,we will provide you with a few great company’s that have free design teams
- This process takes roughly 5-6 weeks for order and delivery of your materials (unless you by in stock material)
- GenHawk Construction will create a timeline that you will keep to let you know when and what is happening each day
- Once your material is ordered and delivered we will start the demo
- GenHawk Construction supplies all rough material needed for your project
- Your home will be protected and cleaned everyday before our technicians leave the jobsite
- GenHawk Construction will complete your kitchen remodel without skipping a day (Monday-Friday)
- We document all steps of your remodel & we keep in contact daily.
- When you pick a General Contractor to remodel ANY part of your home, make sure these steps are taken, ask questions, check for license and insurance as well
