This was a bathroom we did back in Dec 2013 where we actually had to blow out the entire corner of the home. The termite and water damage was so extensive that framing holding up the home had to be redone. You can see other pictures of the demo on Facebook, and you can see the rough framing under carpentry on this website. All in all the finish product came out great.
