We were super excited to start this project for a retired Ventura County school teacher. She has lived in her home for 40 years now and wanted to finally update her kitchen. As with most people she wanted to make it more of an open concept. So that meant taking out a wall separating the kitchen from the dining/living room and demoing the kitchen drop ceiling. I was worried at first because drop ceilings normally hide infrastructure such as ducting, pipes, and electrical, but we got lucky on this one and nothing was found. We were also able to find the exact floor she had purchased 3 years prior, and were able to run it all the way through the home. As you can see from the before pics this project was a complete transformation. We want to thank our customer J&D for doing their homework, and have a great attitude throughout the process
