We got the call that someone had burned down the garage in Oxnard AGAIN. With lumber considered bad if 15% of the piece is compromised we ended up demoing about 220 Sq ft of ceiling, 220 sq ft of wall, about 100 lineal feet of fascia. We had to power wash and paint the entirty of the inside to get rid of the smokey smell. I think new motion sensor lights are going in this time
