Here is a garage we converted into a living space on the east end of Ventura. Our customers did thier homework up-front and had plans ready to go before the bidding process started. We identified their needs and pointed them in the direction of cost effective solutions for materials purchases. There was a lot of work involved in this conversions such as underpinning footings, re-framing walls, structural beams, and pouring a new slab to hieght, just to name a few. As you can see though the finish product is amazing. We want to personally thank M&J for being great customers.
