I got the call from a property manager of ours in late June 2017 letting us know that she had a unit in an HOA that had some water intrusion due to the rains. When I arrived you can see that the project had been demoed, and the mold had been abated. She had gotten a few quotes from other construction companies and found the prices to be a bit ridiculous. We came in a few thousand less and were able to get the home back to the original state. The wood flooring was almost spot on. Not bad for being 7 years old. I want to give a big shout out to Quality Restoration for a great demo job.
