Good afternoon! Next phase of our balcony is installing the under layment (Orange Schluter) prior to setting our tile. This will provide reliable waterproofing in exterior applications. Its polyethylene composition protects the substrate from moisture penetration which is particularly important in today’s building environment where most substrates are moisture sensitive. (Like outdoors)
