Thousand Oaks Rotted Balcony Repair

 Glad we got the call! This is a cantilever balcony that has experienced some severer water damage. We have demoed all of the beams, cleared all rotted wood, and will replace stucco in a 3 part system. This balcony will be ready by next week just in time for tenants to move in.
