Good afternoon, we have just passed final inspection! I am giving you guys a little glimpse of what our last day looked like. We have removed a load bearing wall in the living room to give them more of an open feel. We gutted the kitchen and installed new windows as well as new flooring throughout. Our customers had chose their cabinet design and color scheme for all areas we have worked on. The kitchen design is my favorite! Subway tile with a darker grout is new style that we have been seeing a lot lately, this is a timeless look and cleans and keeps up well. We painted the interior and exterior of home. The picture in the hallway is nice, clean and simple. We have removed a closet on the left wall and opened up the attic space for easier access. In the master room we have built a new closet with shelves, added a new master bath, closing up the old. Our customers chose to have a barn door as their bathroom door and this adds an amazing touch to the finishing of our remodel!
