Mid Town Ventura Mini Deck Rebuild

We had the opportunity to rebuild this cute little deck in mid town last week! Simple, sturdy and easy to clean, just how our customers like it!

Ventura MidTown Whole Home Remodel

Good afternoon, we have just passed final inspection! I am giving you guys a little glimpse of what our last day looked like. We have removed a load bearing wall in the living room to give them more of an open feel. We gutted the kitchen and installed new windows as well as new flooring throughout. Our customers had chose their cabinet design and color scheme for all areas we have worked on. The kitchen design is my favorite! Subway tile with a darker grout is  new style that we have been seeing a lot lately, this is a timeless look and cleans and keeps up well. We painted the interior and exterior of home. The picture in the hallway is nice, clean and simple. We have removed a closet on the left wall and opened up the attic space for easier access. In the master room we have built a new closet with shelves, added a new master bath, closing up the old. Our customers chose to have a barn door as their bathroom door and this adds an amazing touch to the finishing of our remodel! Ventura Mid Town Whole Home Remodel

Hi there! We are here in Ventura doing a complete interior and partial exterior remodel. We have demoed the kitchen, wall lining the living room and front office (this will be a new open floor plan) bathroom and hallway closet.  Our home owners wanted to move the master bedroom to the back of home and add a master bath inside of bedroom. We have added new windows throughout, lath and stucco on exterior. All drywall has been mudded, sanded and re-textured, yesterday we primed and today we start painting. I will post updates as we continue on, we will be installing kitchen cabinets at end of week as well as tiling the custom shower pan. Ventura Ca. Concours Motors

We had the opportunity to give Concours a nice facelift. These colors blend together amazingly, we had added a handmade picture frame which is in the waiting room. New waynes coating in bathroom, new paint on all of the interior walls as well as baseboards and doors. Fun little project! Thank you Jr.

We have started a kitchen remodel in Fillmore. Today we are finishing up the rough electric and plumbing. We are going to be installing new cabinets, appliances, flooring and tile up on walls.
